Today the guidance is firmly in the hands of his son Antonio who dedicates all his energy to the care of the hotel, always rewarded by the loyalty of his customers.
Mrs. Carmen, originally from Emilia, passed on to her son Antonio in particular the art of good cooking and some recipes that are now traditional at the Hotel delle Rose, such as lasagna bolognese, tortellini and crème caramel according to a jealously preserved recipe.
Today the hotel has more than 50 beds and the rooms are equipped with many comforts. In 2004, in addition to three brand new rooms, the Hotel delle Rose finally arrived on the sea by integrating the Bar Gauguin with a open air tables directly on the promenade.
Since 2008, the private beach has also been added, the Il Faro beach resort, close to the hotel, easy to reach, small but comfortable and cozy. Cabins, sunbeds and beach umbrellas are available to hotel guests with discounted rates.
There are new projects in store such as the elevator, a small spa on the second floor and new rooms, which we hope to be able to achive for you as soon as possible.
